4 hour run on a treadmill before work. It makes it easy to lay out all my nutrition and other supplies. I was a little out of it at the start but it could have just been that it was 5:25 AM. After the first hour I felt pretty good. Legs got a little numbish the last hour but not too bad.
Ran 6 x 1 mile within the 9 at about 7 to 7:30 pace. Felt very easy but I'm trying to be careful so not to injure myself. My October race calls for endurance not speed.
